He is a graduate of the French-Polish Academy of New Information and Telecommunications Technologies.

Since 1995 he has been involved in finance and management support systems.

A popularizer of the idea of enterprise performance management – Enterprise & Corporate Performance Management, which resulted in the Incube CPM company, established in 2008, whose president he is to this day.

Since 2014, he has also been involved in the development of innovative tools and methodologies that would enable the construction of management systems without the need for programming and is one of the originators of the Qalcwise platform – a unique no-code technology.
