From January 2021, she manages a team responsible for economic security and financial services, treasury, accounting, taxes, planning and budgeting, internal audit as well as analytical support and the use of artificial intelligence in the activities of the Żabka Group.
She has over fifteen years of experience in strategic financial management and perfectly combines analytical and strategic competences as well as soft skills in effective team management.
She has been working at Żabka Polska since 2018, when she took the position of Financial Director. She was responsible for maintaining the financial liquidity of the organization, effective and efficient management of the company’s finances. Her tasks also included planning and forecasting as well as the area related to business analysis and internal audit.

She gained professional experience during many years of work at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Poland and abroad.
She is a graduate of Finance and Accounting and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) title. She participated in financial training in Poland and abroad (including Harvard University, Stanford University, INSEAD).
