Matthias is a charismatic manager and expert with vast experience in international enterprises. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of ICV (International Association of Controllers).

Matthias von Daacke is a member of the Board and Director of Controlling in the BLANCO Group. He joined the company in 2007 as responsible for international controlling and controlling sales. Currently, he is also a Member of the Board / Director at BLANCO Canada, BLANCO China and at BLANCO Seramik (Turkey).
Matthias has over 25 years of managerial experience in companies from various sectors. Previously, he worked for 11 years as a Manager and Controller in the automotive industry, including three and a half years as the General Manager in the USA.

Matthias von Daacke is a certified engineer (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the Precision Engineering and Business Administration (VWA) area. He is also a certified controller and holds a CA Controller Academy diploma.

He has been an ICV member since 1993 and has been involved in the implementation of many projects. In the years 2000-2002 he was the leader of the regional working group ICV Berlin-Brandenburg and Berlin. In 2009, he founded the ICV Rhein-Neckar group, which he ran until 2015.
In 2015 he was elected a member of the ICV GLOBAL Management Board and since 2018 he is Vice Chairman of the Board.
