Radosław Kozieja

President of the Management Board of Cogit (formerly Codec Polska). He has over 20 years of experience in using IT systems to support the management of the largest companies.

For nineteen years he has been working in the Codec group, and since 1999 he has been managing its Polish branch. He dealt with issues related to the practical support of decision-making, controlling, finance and management, among others using artificial intelligence and analytical systems.

He has been involved in the application of Performance Management and Business Intelligence since the beginning of his professional career. He participated and led consulting projects and implementation of Performance Management and Business Intelligence systems in Poland and Ireland.

A graduate of IT and Management at the Wrocław University of Technology.
