Wojciech Wieronski

CFO with many years of international experience, until recently as the Managing Director for Finance at Media Markt Saturn Polska. Previously, for 18 months he managed the financial team of the Dr Max pharmacy chain, a leading operator on the pharmacy market, both in Poland and in Central Europe. Most of his career to date, Mr. Wojciech has spent in the trade sector in the structures of the Tesco PLC group. He joined the organization in 1999 as a junior financial analyst, in 2015-2018 he was the Regional Financial Director where he was responsible for all financial operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Mr. Wojciech graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow in the field of Finance and Banking, specializing in corporate finance management. In 2008, he obtained international management qualifications as part of the CIMA organization, in which he has been active for years, supporting its development and members under the mentoring program of which he is the author and the main sponsor. In 2019, he was nominated to the Council of the CIMA association, where he represents the entire Europe region. In his free time, Mr. Wojciech travels with his friends and does sports, mainly running, cycling, squash and diving.
