Director of the Sustainable Finance Department for Corporate Banking at mBank.
Since June 2023, she has been responsible for implementing mBank’s ESG Strategy within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, developing sustainable finance offerings, including transition-linked loans, EU Taxonomy-aligned financing, ESG criteria-based financing, and Sustainability-Linked Loans.
She is also responsible for collaboration with corporate clients regarding the issuance of green bonds.
Since 2007, she has been engaged in sustainable development and ESG topics.
She has worked as Sustainability Group Manager at Allegro and has also gained experience at Agora Group and the Responsible Business Forum Association.
She participates in the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance at the European Commission and the Steering Committee of Climate Positive UN Global Compact. She is also involved in working groups within the Polish Platform for Sustainable Development at the Ministry of Finance, the working groups of the Ministry of Development and Technology, and the Polish Bank Association.
She is a member of POLSiF and the Program Council for the Sustainable Business and Finance undergraduate program at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). She also lectures in postgraduate studies at institutions such as SGH, SGGW, Kozminski University, and Lazarski University.
She is a member of the Positive Figures Panel as part of the Positive Impact Startups initiative at Kozminski University.
She defended her PhD at SGH in Warsaw, focusing on „Startups and Their Ecosystem in Poland.”
