Experienced university lecturer at an MBA level in finance and controlling.

He has held several crucial positions, including Director of the Group Controlling Office in one of the largest organizations in Central and Eastern Europe (LOTOS). He successfully led many transformations and implementations of planning and reporting processes.

Currently, Head of the Controlling Transformation Department at ORLEN – the largest capital group in CEE in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector.

He is responsible for redesigning group controlling processes, competency development and implementation of new IT solutions.

A strong proponent of continuous improvement in all aspects of business and controlling.
