A passionate advocate for sustainable development with over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, both as an expert and a manager.
She has worked in various areas of banking, primarily in financial departments, but also in Risk and Sales Support.
Currently, she is responsible for management reporting (including ESG and integrated reporting) and data analysis at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). She is also actively involved in implementing CSRD-compliant reporting at BGK.
As a Sustainable Development Ambassador at BGK, she promotes sustainability principles and supports organizational change. She is also an advocate of IBCS and plain language communication.

She holds degrees from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and has completed numerous courses and training programs in finance and sustainability.
