Associate Professor Jerzy Surma, Ph.D., Eng., is a professor at the Institute of Information Systems and Digital Economy at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) and the head of postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity Management and Business Intelligence.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and has also completed, among others, the Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
He has worked as a visiting scholar at Harvard Business School and as a professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
His research focuses on business applications and the cybersecurity of Artificial Intelligence systems.
