With over 20 years of experience in finance management, controlling, and strategy, including more than a decade in technology and digital companies, she currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Flying Bisons, one of the leading digital consulting firms in Poland. The company is a leader in creating comprehensive digital solutions for clients in Poland, Europe, and the Middle East.

She holds an MBA degree and has completed postgraduate studies in project management, controlling, and management accounting. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in ESG management. She combines strategic knowledge with practical experience. She has implemented controlling structures, automated reporting processes, created financial models, and managed liquidity in B2B and IT service organizations.

In her work, she focuses on building cohesive and transparent financial systems that support real-time business decision-making. She is committed to being a partner to all departments within the organization. She believes that the greatest successes are achieved when finance, operations, and teams collaborate fully.
