A creative and ambitious manager with many years of experience in management and finance. She has over twenty years of managerial experience as a business operations manager, daily building the value of a manufacturing company. A leader effective in implementing changes in her business environment, which have had a positive impact on the organization.
Education: Currently a doctoral candidate in the Doctoral Program at the Cracow University of Economics in the discipline of Management Sciences and Quality, writing a dissertation on controlling. Moreover, a graduate of 3 postgraduate studies in Controlling and Corporate Finance at the Cracow University of Economics, Executive MBA studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, and Quality Management at the WSB University (Merito) in Wrocław.
Professionally, she mainly deals with finance and broadly understood administration, within which she manages quality systems according to ISO standards. She prefers systemic actions through process management, successfully implementing new business solutions. She likes novelties in management, which is why she follows the latest trends related to change management, automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. She treats controlling as an effective tool to support especially effective management of the organization internally. She recognizes the importance of controlling as a mechanism that helps streamline internal processes that deliver value for the customer, and sees the controller as a person who has the greatest impact on improving internal processes in the organization and who supports the management.
Joining the Lower Silesia ICV Poland Working Group in 2018, she felt the positive vibrations of this Team, which is why she is pleased to join its work, drawing knowledge and a sense of community.
She also pursues her professional passions in the Quality Managers Club, an Association promoting management through quality, located at the Wrocław University of Technology, sharing knowledge and experience.
Professionally, on a daily basis, she values teamwork, however, she performs many tasks maintaining independence and effectively pursuing the goal. She likes development related to daily business practice.
Privately, a fan of progressive rock and the science fiction genre. She has a weak spot: She started appreciating the value of small talk late – she is still trying to delve into it.
