A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice in the field of Finance and Accounting, post-graduate Lean Management studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław, as well as a student of Executive MBA studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław. He also completed postgraduate studies in labor law at the Jagiellonian University.
He has many years of experience in implementing efficiency programs, expense management processes, modern planning and cost allocation systems, as well as advanced methodologies for measuring efficiency (ABC costing). He has successfully implemented many controlling and efficiency projects at the local and international level.

He actively digitizes and implements modern technologies in controlling processes, developing the role of controlling as a key business partner in the organization.
As the Director of the Cost Allocation Office at Santander Bank Polska, he is mainly responsible for coordinating tasks related to expense management, planning processes, cost allocation and internal consulting as part of increasing efficiency.

Privately, he is passionate about team sports and an active volleyball player.
