Piotr Skoczylas

Piotr is a controlling practitioner with over 18 years of experience gained in the FMCG/retail sector, which includes his journey from a beginner specialist to an experienced controller and manager of the controlling department.

He is an advocate for automation in the area of analysis, aiming to provide the maximum support for the business during daily cooperation – meetings, giving recommendations, and conveying conclusions. He is eager to share his accumulated knowledge not only with the teams he works with but also with people outside the finance domain, thereby expanding the range of support provided by controlling for the entire organization.

Currently, he leads the controlling department at the Zdrowit pharmacy chain, where he develops the team of controllers and leads the implementation of processes and systems that support decision-making.
