Maciej Redzimski is an experienced finance director with a long career in international corporations.
He currently serves as the Finance Director and Leader of the World Class FP&A Program at GSK, where he leads efforts to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
With a strategic focus on implementing advanced tools enabling the use of the latest technologies and optimizing controlling processes in the research and development area.
In his previous roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Carlsberg Shared Services, Maciej Redzimski was involved in transformative processes in the Finance area, resulting in the centralization of activities related to financial and managerial controlling.
Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in creating controlling teams and systematically expanding their scope of responsibilities, through optimizing key controlling processes and developing the competencies of his colleagues.
