A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Computer Science at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. He has 15 years of specialization in IT systems for business. Since 2001, he has been advising clients in the field of controlling supporting systems.

Certified member of the International Controllers Association (ICV), member of the board of the ICV Warsaw Working Group, speaker at many conferences in the field of concepts and tools in controlling.

„Controlling is worth adjusting to the company’s maturity and organizational culture. Even the best concepts, the most competent controlleers and the most modern tools will not bring the expected results if there is no acceptance and commitment among managers and employees. „

He teaches students of such universities as: SGH Warsaw and UMK in Toruń.

As a Partner in Controlling Systems, he participated in many projects run by the company. Currently, he is responsible for for the development of tools and controlling concepts, supports controllers by combining „soft” and „hard” elements of management.

During the speech Paweł Musiał will share 20 years of experience in computerization of controlling using the EURECA system. It will pay special attention to how to be closer to business and deliver more value to managers during normal business hours.
